Our staff are trained to a high calibre, boasting accredited qualifications, enhanced knowledge and the key skills required to enable them to support all service users to the highest of standards.

We work closely with the local authority to support each other in a reciprocal relationship to enhance workforce development and believe this is a necessity for partnership working for the benefit of the service users. We provide opportunities for progression and continuous development of our staff through our in-house training facility as well as external training days.
